Parkar and Smart Analytica today announced a strategic partnership, building on three years of collaboration to combine their strengths across Data, Analytics and AI into a single offering for enterprise-scale data and AI transformation. The partnership brings together two complementary specialists whose capabilities across data, AI, and operations enhance one another — folding into a single, integrated product and customer offering.

Under the partnership, the two founding teams unite as one combined leadership team, pooling years of servicing, research, products, and platform innovation to strengthen client offerings and solutioning.

The combined practice operates under joint leadership drawn from both organizations:

• Gaurav Singh (Founder and CEO, Parkar) leads partnership strategy, growth, and client commitment — accountable for delivering the combined offering as one end-to-end program.
• Pramod Kejriwal (Founder and CEO, Smart Analytica) serves as Executive Sponsor, driving Data and AI strategy, solution architecture, and strategic client engagements.
• Parashuram Bastawade (Co-Founder and Global Head of Delivery, Smart Analytica) leads the combined Data, Analytics and AI practice across engineering, platform, and analytics.
• Amit Gandhi (Co-Founder and CTO, Parkar) leads engineering and AI-native application delivery, shipping applications on AI-ready foundations at enterprise scale.
• Jigar Shah (Chief Product Officer, Parkar) leads Managed Operations under AIONIQ, keeping every program observable, predictive, and reliable in production.
• Ravi Shekhar (Co-Founder and CTO, Smart Analytica) leads Product Strategy and Innovation, integrating both firms' production-proven IP — Migration Suite, VizIQ, and AIONIQ into a single joint offering.

Together, the partnership fields more than 700 engineers across four Pune locations, with client engagement and delivery reach across the US, ASEAN (Singapore and Indonesia), and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia and UAE).

The partnership positions Parkar to deliver complete AI transformation programs anchored by AIONIQ, the company's platform for building and running enterprise AI in production.
