Parkar and Smart Analytica Announce Strategic Partnership for Enterprise Data and AI Transformation

Combining Parkar's industry-leading AIONIQ platform with Smart Analytica's deep data engineering, innovative products, and migration accelerators — the partnership will deliver data foundations, AI-native applications, and managed operations as one unified offering.

Parkar and Smart Analytica today announced a strategic partnership, building on three years of collaboration to combine their strengths across Data, Analytics and AI into a single offering for enterprise-scale data and AI transformation. The partnership brings together two complementary specialists whose capabilities across data, AI, and operations enhance one another — folding into a single, integrated product and customer offering.

Under the partnership, the two founding teams unite as one combined leadership team, pooling years of servicing, research, products, and platform innovation to strengthen client offerings and solutioning.

The combined practice operates under joint leadership drawn from both organizations:

Together, the partnership fields more than 700 engineers across four Pune locations, with client engagement and delivery reach across the US, ASEAN (Singapore and Indonesia), and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia and UAE).

"Enterprise AI transformation is stalling on data foundations. Clients need a partner that runs the whole arc — data foundation, AI-native applications, and managed operations — as one program, under one accountability. With Smart's data engineering depth and products alongside our platforms, applications, and operations practices, this partnership delivers that credibly at scale."

— Gaurav Singh, Founder and CEO of Parkar

"Parkar and Smart Analytica have complementary strengths that our clients have been asking for as a single offering for years. Smart brings the data engineering foundation, innovations and migration accelerators; Parkar brings the AIONIQ platform, application engineering, and operations muscle. This partnership makes that combined offering real for both our client bases — at unprecedented scale and value."

— Pramod Kejriwal, Founder and CEO of Smart Analytica

The partnership positions Parkar to deliver complete AI transformation programs anchored by AIONIQ, the company's platform for building and running enterprise AI in production. Smart Analytica's data engineering accelerators — the Migration Suite and VizIQ for governed self-service analytics — now come built into every Parkar client engagement and offering.

Parkar and Smart Analytica have collaborated closely since 2023 across enterprise data engineering and AI transformation programs, most recently on a major cloud migration engagement in the manufacturing sector.
