With over 24 years of experience in the IT and ITES sectors, Jigar leads the transformation of Vector, Parkar’s AIOps platform, into a pivotal tool for business success. As Chief Product Officer, he is dedicated to driving customer value through innovative technology solutions and strategic growth initiatives. A seasoned technology evangelist, Jigar brings expertise in managing complex technology stacks, developing service strategies, and crafting innovative products. His extensive experience across medium to large IT organizations positions him as a trusted advisor in navigating the ever-evolving tech landscape, ensuring Parkar remains a leader in the industry.

Kiran is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience, driving transformative success across diverse industries. His expertise lies in managing large, cross-functional teams and multi-location operations, with a proven track record in critical areas like HR, finance, legal, compliance, and business strategy. Kiran has been instrumental in establishing high-impact operational processes that ensure profitability, positive cash flow, and successful capital-raising efforts. With a history of delivering seamless transitions and premium services to Fortune 500 clients, his leadership is both inclusive and results driven.

Prosenjit Das brings 24+ years of leadership experience driving the growth, transformation, and operational maturity of Global Capability Centers. With deep expertise in talent strategy, operating model design, and digital enablement, he has led GCCs through complex scale-ups and turnarounds across industries. Known for blending strategic insight with people-centric leadership, Prosenjit builds inclusive, high-performing teams that deliver measurable business outcomes. A firm advocate of DEI, he aligns talent, tech, and operations to unlock enterprise agility and innovation.

Kunal Sharma is our Chicago based SVP of Enterprise Sales. He is known for consultative growth, outcome-based pricing, and complex deal orchestration. An INSEAD MBA, he has led $100M+ in new business in his career so far as a sales leader. He brings prior experience at Infosys, Persistent Systems, JPMorgan, Lloyds, and Cognizant.
