As Co-Founder and CTO, Amit drives Parkar’s technological vision, leading the development of transformative solutions across industries. With over two decades of expertise, he specializes in leveraging AI, Cloud, and Automation to help businesses streamline operations and achieve digital transformation. Amit’s innovative leadership ensures Parkar stays at the forefront of technology and delivers exceptional value to its clients. Amit’s passion for creativity and curiosity extends beyond his professional life. He enjoys constructing intricate designs with LEGO bricks and creating music on his guitar. With over 24 years of experience in the IT and ITES sectors, Jigar leads the transformation of Vector, Parkar’s AIOps platform, into a pivotal tool for business success. As Chief Product Officer, he is dedicated to driving customer value through innovative technology solutions and strategic growth initiatives. A seasoned technology evangelist, Jigar brings expertise in managing complex technology stacks, developing service strategies, and crafting innovative products. His extensive experience across medium to large IT organizations positions him as a trusted advisor in navigating the ever-evolving tech landscape, ensuring Parkar remains a leader in the industry.

With over two decades of expertise in project management and digital transformation, Sachin Khare serves as the VP Head of Enterprise Client Strategy at Parkar. A seasoned leader, Sachin oversees key account management, operations, and client success, ensuring seamless execution of the company’s initiatives. Sachin plays a pivotal role in driving Parkar's vision and strategy, enabling clients to achieve their digital transformation goals while spearheading efforts to expand into new markets and geographies. Beyond his professional commitments, Sachin enjoys coaching his two sons in cricket and soccer, blending his leadership skills with his passion for sports.

Prosenjit Das brings 24+ years of leadership experience driving the growth, transformation, and operational maturity of Global Capability Centers. With deep expertise in talent strategy, operating model design, and digital enablement, he has led GCCs through complex scale-ups and turnarounds across industries. Known for blending strategic insight with people-centric leadership, Prosenjit builds inclusive, high-performing teams that deliver measurable business outcomes. A firm advocate of DEI, he aligns talent, tech, and operations to unlock enterprise agility and innovation.

Zara brings over 16 years of extensive HR expertise, specializing in strategic HR initiatives and driving organizational growth. Her career journey encompasses diverse roles, including Talent Management, Talent Development, HR Specialist, and Talent Acquisition, across organizations at various stages of growth. As the Senior Director of Human Resources at Parkar Digital, Zara leads end-to-end HR operations with a focus on HR automation, performance management, policy development, and strategic interventions. Her experience spans multiple locations in India and involves collaboration with global teams, reflecting her ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments effectively.

Kiran is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience, driving transformative success across diverse industries. Manoj Ranganathan, Senior Director of Product Engineering at Parkar, has 24+ years of expertise in IT, specializing in product management, DevOps, and AI. He leads end-to-end product development, delivering transformative solutions. Previously, Manoj managed global teams and developed enterprise applications in analytics, e-learning, ITSM, and DB recovery, driving impactful digital transformation.
