How Parkar Was Born

Parkar was founded a decade ago with the belief that everyone holds “limitless potential,” often stifled by traditional work environments. Our Founder & CEO, Gaurav, envisioned a place where innovation, experimentation, and boundary-pushing were core values, regardless of job titles or qualifications. After experiencing limitations in conventional workplaces, Gaurav set out to create a company that redefined the norms, championing creativity and exploration at every level.

Milestones That Define Us

2024

Collaborated on AI solutions with open-source platforms, delivering customized and secure implementations for over 110 clients. Expanded to 375+ technologists and launched TruNorth, empowering global businesses to expand into India confidently. Developed new capabilities in DevOps, SOC, and SRE. Established a world-class NOC facility in Ahmedabad for 24x7 infrastructure and application monitoring and opened a new office in Bangalore.

2023

Introduced Vector 2.0 and reached a milestone of 100+ clients, supported by a growing team of 350+ engineers. Operated across 10+ time zones, with offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Pune, Dubai, Ahmedabad, and Singapore, marking the 8th year of Parkar’s service.

2022

Expanded to support 80+ clients with a robust team of 300+ engineers, working across 10+ time zones. Continued growth led to establishing offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Pune, Dubai, and Ahmedabad.

2021

Grew to 300+ engineers and built 3 platforms, with operations spanning 10+ time zones. Opened offices in Atlanta, Chicago, Pune, and Dubai, with a global team of 200 associates.

2020

Completed over 200 engineering projects, building 3 platforms for 40+ clients. Achieved Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and Red Hat Apex Partner status, and earned recognition as an INC 5000 company, with a global team of 180 associates.

2019

Expanded client base to 33 and launched the GARNET platform. Honored as one of the Top 30 Most Innovative Companies in the USA by The CEO Views. Began operations in Toronto and featured on Bloomberg TV’s “The American Dream.” Team grew to 150 associates worldwide.

2018

Worked with 18 clients, completing 20 engineering projects and 3 strategic initiatives. Launched UAE operations and established partnerships with AMA, Bosch Connectory, and 1871, growing to 140 associates globally.

2017

Delivered 3 Blockchain POCs for 9 clients, ranked in the Top 100 at Code Gladiators, and launched the first platform, TEAL. The team expanded to 90 associates globally.

2016

Secured two key clients and initiated US operations, with the inauguration of offices in Chicago and Washington DC, and the Pune center in India. The team grew to 5 associates.

2015

Parkar was founded in Chicago, marking the beginning of its journey. The company started with a team of 5 associates and soon kicked off its U.S. operations by inaugurating the Chicago office.

Gaurav Singh

Founder & CEO

Gaurav is the CEO and founder of Parkar. He determines company strategy and oversees all aspects of the business. Gaurav is obsessed with driving customer value, which has become the DNA Of the Parkar value system.

Since founding Parkar in his apartment less than a decade ago, Gaurav has overseen its growth into a company that serves over 100 customers across North America, Asia Pacific, and Middle East Asia.

Amit Gandhi

Co-Founder & CTO

As the Co-Founder and CTO for Parkar, Amit leads the Technology and Engineering teams and is responsible for designing and implementing innovative technology solutions for clients across various industries. Amit brings 2 decades of deep technology experience and is widely known for leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, and Automation to help organizations optimize their business process and achieve their digital transformation goals.

As a passionate individual, I have always been drawn towards activities that fuel my creativity and curiosity. I find immense joy in building structures using LEGO bricks and strumming my guitar to create music. In addition to these hobbies, I cherish spending quality time with my two boys, who bring a sense of fulfillment and purpose to my life.

Jigar Shah

Chief Product Officer

Jigar is the Chief Product Officer at Parkar, bringing over 24 years of experience in the IT and ITES sectors. He is dedicated to driving customer success and transforming Vector—our AIOps platform—into a powerful enabler for businesses. As a seasoned technology evangelist and trusted advisor, Jigar focuses on leveraging technology adoption and transformation to fuel business growth.

Throughout his career, Jigar has held diverse roles, ranging from managing technology stacks and developing service strategies to selling solutions and creating innovative products. His extensive experience with medium to large IT organizations has equipped him with the expertise to navigate and thrive in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.

Sachin Khare

Chief Operating Officer

Sachin Khare is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Parkar Digital, and with over two decades of experience in project management and digital transformation, he has established himself as a prominent leader in the industry. He oversees a range of activities, including key account management, operations, and client success.

He also helps drive the company’s vision and strategy, ensuring that clients can successfully execute their digital transformation initiatives and plays a key role in leading the company’s efforts to expand its presence in new markets and geographies. Outside of work, he loves to spend time training his 2 boys in cricket and soccer.

Zara Kaisare Morghade

Sr.Director - Human Resources

Zara brings over 16 years of comprehensive HR experience to the table, with a strong focus on strategic HR initiatives. Her career journey includes working with organizations at various staes of growth, where she progressed through diverse roles including Talent Management, Talent Development, HR Specialist & Talent Acquisition. Currently designated as Sr. Director - Human resources at Parkar Digital, Zara oversees end-to-end HR processes as well as HR automation, Performance Management, Policy creation and management, strategizing interventions, etc. Her experience spans across multiple locations in India and includes working with global teams.

Ashish Dhawan

AVP - Business Operations

Ashish Dhawan is a dynamic leader with over 21 years of experience in IT Services, Telecom, Healthcare, and Fintech. With a proven track record in business strategy, client relationships, P&L management, and business transformation, he has driven sustainable growth and operational excellence. Ashish’s expertise spans process optimization, cost management, and implementing advanced technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency across organizations. As a seasoned strategist, Ashish leads with a results-driven mindset, navigating complex business challenges while driving innovation and operational success.

Prosenjit Das brings over 24 years of HR leadership experience, guiding companies through operational changes, restructuring, and advanced HR systems implementation. Known for blending commercial acumen with empathetic leadership, Prosenjit builds high-performance, inclusive workplaces that drive innovation.
